FAQs

To help answer most questions you may have about Wedding Photography, I have put together this Frequently Asked Questions page for you. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to send an email.

Are packages flexible?

Most photographers like to tailor their packages for each client. The packages initially sent to clients is the starting package only, and each of these is able to be customised specifically for you and your day.

Do we get 2 photographers?

A Second Shooter option is often available to you in their package options, if thats your wish. A charge of $300 would be payable for a Second Shooter. This option is always available to you but is not essential.

How long does “all day” cover?

ALL DAY package will see you covered for all significant events throughout your wedding day. This means, they will be there from Bride getting ready, all the way through to your reception. They generally leave about half hour after the cake-cutting and first dance. This enables them to also capture some great candids and relaxed shots of your guests dancing the night away.

Do we get all of the photos?

Each wedding is professionally edited and I they usually include all viable images. They do not often supply the outtakes or the RAW images.

For example, they will not supply images with eyes closed or food in mouths.

Do you charge for travel?

They generally don’t charge for travel. However, in certain circumstances, a small travel fee may be requested if significant travel between locations is required.

Can I purchase an album AFTER our wedding?

You certainly can! If you decide after your wedding day that you would like an album after all. Please feel free to contact me and we can get started on image selection and design.

Album packages are also available, which are perfect as a special gift for your parents. Individually customised parents albums are available for a small additional fee.

However, this will need to be done within 12 months of the wedding day as your gallery will be archived and will incur an extra fee for extraction from the Archives.

Any advice on choosing a photographer?

Always choose someone whose work you love. As you will be working closely with the photographer, it is important that you feel comfortable. The price is secondary to the look and feel to the images. When all is said and done, your images will be the one tangible product that will take you back in time to how you looked and felt on this special day!
